A regulation board, eighteen carrommen plus the queen, and a striker heavy enough to move them.
Carrommen
Nine white, nine black, and one red queen. Every piece is smooth and round so it slides cleanly across the surface.

Board setup
The centre circle holds the carrommen in a “Y” shape with the queen at the centre. All the carrommen must be in close contact.
- Queen sits alone at the centre of the circle.
- Remaining eighteen pieces form the “Y”, alternating colours.
- No gaps — every piece touches its neighbours before the break.
