Founders' Day
The club's annual social, marking the anniversary of the first evening of play.
Founders' Day is played every February on the anniversary of the club's first evening. It is not a competition — boards are open all day and everyone plays whoever turns up next.
The founding members present each play an exhibition board against a newer member, which has become the fixture everyone gathers around.
Highlights

- The oldest board in the club was brought out and used all afternoon.
